Payment, Cancellation & Refund Terms
By reserving your place and/or submitting payment for the Every Facet Radiate Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following payment, cancellation, and refund terms.
Retreat Investment
The total investment for the retreat is $2,500 per participant. A $500 reservation deposit is required to secure your place. Your deposit is applied toward the total $2,500 retreat investment, leaving a remaining balance of $2,000.
Because this is an intimate, boutique-style retreat, space is intentionally limited to a maximum of 10 women.

2. $500 Reservation Deposit
Your $500 deposit reserves your place and is non-refundable. Once your deposit has been submitted, that space is being held specifically for you and is no longer available to another potential participant. Because spots are limited, deposits are not refunded.
The $500 deposit remains non-refundable even if you later choose to cancel your participation.
Pay In Full
Pay the remaining $2,000 balance in full by September 10.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. The following outlines when refunds are available.
Cancellation On or Before October 1
If you need to cancel your participation, you must provide notice on or before October 1 to remain eligible for a refund of qualifying payments made beyond your original $500 deposit.
Your original $500 reservation deposit remains non-refundable at all times. For example, if you have paid your $500 deposit plus your first $1,000 installment and cancel within the eligible cancellation period, the $1,000 installment may be refunded while the $500 deposit remains non-refundable.
Cancellation After October 1
If you cancel after October 1, payments already made are non-refundable. You may still cancel your attendance if circumstances prevent you from participating; however, after the cancellation deadline, refunds are no longer available.
During the final weeks leading up to the retreat, funds are already committed toward preparing each participant's individual experience—including outside providers, retreat preparations, personalized materials, apparel/gifts, and other event-related expenses. Many of these commitments are made during the final 30 days.

6. Full-Payment Cancellations
The same cancellation policy applies if you choose to pay your remaining retreat balance in full.
If you cancel within the eligible cancellation period, the portion of your payment eligible for refund may be returned, excluding the original $500 non-refundable deposit.
After the October 1 cancellation deadline, the amount paid becomes non-refundable.
7. Installment Payment Commitment
If you select the two-installment option, your payments are scheduled for:
- First installment: September 10 — $1,000
- Final installment: October 10 — $1,000
October 10 is the final date for the second installment payment.
If you decide not to continue with the retreat, cancellation should be communicated by October 1 rather than simply allowing the second payment to go unpaid.
8. Retreat Minimum Attendance / Organizer Cancellation
The retreat requires a minimum of five women to proceed and will have no more than ten participants.
All payments outside the deposit will be refunded if the retreat is canceled by Every Facet.
